Terms of use
These terms apply when you use the Nidwell app and this website. Using Nidwell means you accept them.
The service
Nidwell is a baby journal for the whole family: logs, memories and health in one private nest. Logging, night mode, the family, sync, the health card, export and deleting your data are free. Plus is a paid subscription that belongs to the nest.
Your records
What you put into Nidwell remains yours. You give us only the right to store the sealed records and to deliver them to the phones in your nest.
Using the nest
Invite people you trust. You are responsible for who you invite and which rights you give them.
Keep your phone safe. Keep your phone and your recovery code to yourself.
Do not misuse it. Do not use Nidwell to harm others or to break the law.
Medical information
Nidwell is not a medical service and does not replace your pediatrician. In an emergency call your local emergency number.
Plus and payments
Plans. Plus is sold monthly, yearly or once for life. The price and the billing period are shown in the app and in your store before you confirm.
Trial. The yearly plan starts with a 7-day free trial. We remind you 2 days before it ends. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the store charges the yearly price.
Renewal. Monthly and yearly Plus renew automatically until you cancel, and your store account is charged at the end of each period.
Cancelling. Cancel any time in your store account (the App Store or Google Play); Plus stays on until the period you paid for ends. Everything free stays free.
Payment and refunds. Payment is taken and refunded by Apple or Google under their rules. Apple's standard licence terms apply to the iOS app.
Gifts
A gift is bought in the store and delivered as a code that anyone can redeem once, for one year of Plus or for life. A code that has been redeemed cannot be used again. Gift purchases follow the store's refund rules.
Ending
You can stop at any time by deleting your data. We may suspend a nest that breaks these terms.
