Delete your data. Removing a child, your profile or the whole nest is done from inside the app. See Delete your data, or Request deletion if the app is gone.

Plus, billing and refunds. Purchases are made and refunded by the store you bought in (the App Store or Google Play). Manage or cancel a subscription in your store account.

Write to us

Tell us the phone model, the app version and what you were doing. Please do not send photos or health records by e-mail: we cannot read what is in your nest and we do not need to.
