Delete your data

Free, from inside the app, any time

Your records are yours. You can take them with you, and you can remove them from every phone and from our servers without asking anyone.

Choose what to delete

One child's data. Removes every record, photo and note about that child on all the phones linked to the nest. The rest of the family stays as it is.

Your profile and all your data. Removes what you added to the nest and your profile, on this phone and on the server.

Everything, and start over. Closes the nest and removes all of its records, photos and memberships. Accounts left without a nest are removed after 30 days.

How

Open the app, go to Privacy and pick the option above. Nidwell asks you to confirm before anything is sent. A deletion of one child cannot be undone on the server once it has been sent.

Phones that are offline

A phone that is offline when you delete keeps its copy until it is online again. As soon as it syncs it receives the deletion and removes its own copy.

Take a copy first

Export everything as a file, or as a PDF for the doctor, from the same Privacy page before you delete. Exporting is free.
