Is Nidwell really free?
Yes. Logging, night mode, the whole family, sync between iPhone and Android, the health card, export and deleting your data are free and stay free. Plus adds longer patterns and an unlimited assistant.
Does every family member need to pay?
No. Plus belongs to the nest, not to a phone. One person subscribes and everyone in the nest gets it, on iOS and Android.
Who can see her photos?
Only people you invite into the nest, with the rights you give them. There is no public feed and no strangers. Grandparents can see memories without seeing health records.
Does Nidwell give medical advice?
No. Nidwell records what your pediatrician advised and reminds you of it. It never suggests a dose. Questions about fever, medicines and warning signs always get an answer, even on the free plan, together with when to call a doctor.
Can I take my data with me?
Any time. Export everything as a file or a PDF for the doctor, or delete the nest and all its records from inside the app.
Is the first-year book free?
Yes, for every family. When she turns one, pick one of the three styles and save her book as a PDF on your phone. A printed edition is coming later and will be sold separately.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. Everything you log is saved on the phone first and syncs with the family when you are back online.
How do I delete my data?
From inside the app, in Privacy. The page Delete your data explains what each choice removes. If the app is no longer on your phone, use Request deletion.
